Story
For over 20 years, Ibiza has been a source of inspiration for Dieter Meier and his family. Fascinated by the island's nature and unique flair, they decided in 2015 to immortalize the beauty and essence of Ibiza in a wine.
Ibiza offers similar conditions to Mendoza, a town at the foot of the Argentine Andes, where the family has been producing outstanding organic wines for over 25 years. Combining this expertise with typical Ibizan terrace culture, OJO DE IBIZA was born.
On ancient terraces high above the sea, on barren limestone soils, the grapes of OJO DE IBIZA ripen in the shimmering sun. Ibiza has always possessed a magical, almost mystical spirit, and our vineyard reflects this essence.
